1
Introduction

Welcome to SaaS Appointment Bot. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how our application accesses, uses, and stores your information when you connect your Google Calendar.

2
Data we collect

When you authorize our application via Google OAuth, we request access to your Google Calendar data. Specifically, we access:

  • Your primary calendar and its events to check availability and create new appointments.
  • Your email address to identify your account.
3
How we use your data

We use access to your Google Calendar strictly for the following purposes:

  • Checking availability — to show your clients only free time slots.
  • Creating appointments — to automatically add bookings made through the Telegram bot to your calendar.
  • Syncing — to keep your schedule up to date in real-time.
4
Data protection and security mechanisms

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following mechanisms to protect your sensitive information:

  • 🔒
Encryption in Transit — All data exchanged between our application and Google servers is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL). All connections to our service are served exclusively over HTTPS.
  • 🔐
Encryption at Rest — Sensitive user data, including OAuth tokens, are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption before being stored in our database.
  • 🛡
Access Control — Access to sensitive user data is strictly limited to authorized automated processes and a minimal number of personnel required for service maintenance. No third parties have access to user data.
  • 🗑
Data Retention — We only retain Google user data for as long as necessary to provide the service functionality. Upon subscription expiration, data is automatically deleted after a 90-day grace period. Users can revoke access at any time, which will result in the immediate deletion of their tokens from our systems.
  • 🚫
We do not share, sell, or trade your calendar data with third parties.
  • 📵
We do not use your calendar data for advertising or analytics.
5
Google API disclosure

Our application's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We only request the minimum permissions required to provide the booking functionality. We do not access, read, or store any calendar data beyond what is necessary for creating and managing appointments. Our application does not use Google data for serving advertisements or for any purpose other than providing the appointment scheduling service.

6
Data deletion

You can revoke our access at any time through your Google Security Settings.

If you delete your account in our bot, all associated tokens and data will be permanently erased from our servers.
